How to dehydrate the fruits by our machine?
Step 1: Wash the fruits and slice it if any need
Step 2: put the fruits inside of the dryer, set the drying time and drying temperature needed. Normally start with low temperature like 35 to 45C to for the first stage drying.
Step 3: For the second stage, then increase the temperature up to around 55C drying
Step 4: For the last stage, it can increase the temperature up to around 75C for the final drying
With this ways the fruits can be perfectly, especially with good color, keep the smell, shape and nutrition.
